Outage Credit

Hello - I've tried to calling Comcast on several occasions and there is seems to be a bot available which is not helpful at all and then hangs up.

 

With a recent storm that hit our state, we were without cable, internet and phone service for 6 1/2 days.  I would like to know how I can request a credit for this period,
