Outage credit issue

Hello, last week I had three different instances of outages, including all of Tuesday, parr of Wednesday, and another outage Friday, but I was only able to claim one credit. Please assist me in receiving compensation for all of the outages.

Hello user_1859d0 thanks so much for reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums! When requesting these credits, were you suing our Xfinity Assistant or going through the Xfinity Status Center?

I went through the status center, though I also asked assistant and was sent to the same page.
