I’m having an outage for more than 12 hours now, without a firm commitment on when the internet will be back. I rely on the connection to work.
Is there a discount for the service this month?

Hello, @user_camymd thanks for bearing with us while our techs prioritize upgrading the network and restoring service. We never expect you to pay for service that's down. Once service is back online you can get a billing adjustment for the time without service. If you ever experience a service interruption you can get a credit here. https://www.xfinity.com/support/status Sign in and scroll down until you see "You may be eligible for a credit. Check eligibility" When you select check eligibility you can enter the day the issue started and the day the issue ended to get the appropriate credit.
