Outage and unable to talk to representative
I’ve been without Internet for almost 3 days I work primarily from home. The app says that I am online, but my router is not activated when attempting to activate. I was told to contact the advanced customer support line when I contact that number it says there’s an outage in my area and that an agent cannot help me then hangs up.
