Outage and horrible customer service
My internet and TV are down for hours with no explanation other than they know. And time for resolution constantly pushed back Tried asking when it will be back through chat and got nothing but an automated response not answering the question from a bot and that I couldn’t speak to anyone because there was an outage. Finally found out after conjoined dogging this was a scheduled interruption. Was never notified. I work from home and this is highly disruptive to my business made only worse by your horrible AI customer service
