Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any inconvenience. Is the Xfinity app showing a service interruption in your area? If so, what estimated restoration time does it provide?

Thanks for clarifying. If the status says “as soon as possible,” that means a restoration time is not yet available. Please know our technicians are working around the clock to restore your service as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, you can use Xfinity WiFi hotspots to stay connected. Once the service interruption is resolved, you can use the Xfinity app to request a credit for the downtime.
