Outage, 5th day

Going in to the 5th outage day in Forsyth Co Georgia. Only thing I get from the evil empire is that it will be working soon. Can't call for update and not update info. This really bites. Seems like an update or 2 would be in order especially since most folks are working from home. Xfinity is the worst.

5 days, 5 days, no internet, no tv. What is happening? No updates whatsoever .
