Outage 3-14-26
Ive been without internet for over 24 hours now despite having my power back on! Its so extremely frustrating to only have “as soon as possible” for the ETA of it being back and the customer service is awful! Cant speak to a real person to even know if it will be restored today, tomorrow, next week?

Hello @user_srx7qz! I hear you, and I truly understand how frustrating it is to be stuck waiting without a clear answer.
To be completely honest, when there is an active service interruption, we see the same real-time updates on our end that you see in your Xfinity app. Those estimated restoration times are our best guesses based on the initial damage, however, they can shift if our technicians discover more complex issues or additional damage once they get on-site to start repairs.
