Out wait
I’d like to know why I am on hold for more than an hour waiting on a supervisor that was available hour ten minutes ago after being on phone for more than two hours talking to people put on hold transferred before it got to top supervisor desk. Now here I wait.
If the info I was given today had been given when I first ask questions in beginning of contract I would have been able to make a better choice for phone service but I was denied any chance of making a reasonable financial choice by everyone I can in contact with either by phone or in person at store.
Had any one of these people taken the time to tell me the phone you sold would roam for data even while sitting home on Wi-Fi I purchase from you.
Each person wasn’t interested in helping my mounting financial burden for a cell phone but rather explained I could solve problem by getting unlimited plan for 45$ a month.
Now because no one looked to do anything other than sell me I’m not still stuck in contract for a phone even though I’m no longer a customer.
Had I known when I first contact you the information last person info me of when using this particular cell phone I was sold by your company I would have fallen within the Grace period and refused service and been able to return phone. Right?
But that didn’t happen through no fault of mine, only the want to up sell.
I had just move to OR and being a Disable senior Veteran I thought I’d get a phone with minimum service that would help with local Dr appt etc.
I have cell service with Mint mobile for three years now paying 320 a year. Only problem most people, services and business responds to local or familiar numbers and that is the only reason. Hoping to make my life easier in a way, now your people don’t care but to inform me about a contact I sign agree to in beginning.
I’m stuck with mine end of deal but you’re not.
Well it’s been three hours and 45 minutes on phone with Xfinity people. Last hour or so waiting on supervisor.
How is he still working there.
He could come to phone say what woman who transferred me over and in first ten minutes of waiting said he was ready and he’ll be picking up in a moment still waiting. Could have refused to do anything as each person before him and tell me terms and amount I’m still responsible for and I’d be off phone. Am I to just hang up and not an answer to a reasonable question of why was I not inform of the problem with phones up pushing or rather suggesting when I first Call within the Grace Period where I would be able to return phone , discontinue service without cost?
WHy am I also sitting here waiting for over an hour?

WHY
I worked in call centers, not gonna do much for JD Powell ratings if this Supervisor hang up cause that’s what he has to do.
