OUT AGAIN

The internet is disconnected again, but this time it doesn't seem to be reconnecting. Once it's back on, someone from the company will reach out and say they can help me.

FYI, I visited the required government website to file a complaint, but new submissions can’t be made until the government shutdown is over. I didn’t include the actual name of the website because, the last time I did, Xfinity used their so-called “administrative privileges” to access my account and alter both the subject line and body text.

My internet is back on — not because the company actually fixed anything, but because I got up from my bed again and unplugged it twice.

I actually switched from T-Mobile's "super-fast, reliable" internet for this mess. I only made the change because their modem cord was too short to reach the outlet from where I usually keep my modem on the shelf. It bothered me sitting on the floor under a chair.
