Oregon outage 97080

My internet will connect for 4 hours then disconnect for another 4. I can’t get through the automated bot because I’m in an “outage” even though my internet comes on then turns off all throughout the day. I just need to know when it’s going to stop so I can work around that and the outage map doesn’t tell me anything.

Hey there @user_cl398v, these intermittent connection issues you're going through are definitely not something we want anyone to go through, so I get any frustrations you have. I would be wanting a fix if I were in your shoes, and I have your back on this now. You mentioned there's a known service interruption during your intermittency, so this sounds like a larger concern. Is your service only impacted during a known service interruption? When did you first notice your service was being impacted?

Sometimes my internet works through the supposed outage but when it goes down it says  just outage. It’s just been turning on and off constantly every few hours or so. Also when I click to see the problem it says network damage but I don’t know what that means.

Also this started after my power came back on Friday.
