Oregon City, Oregon Construction & Engineering Department Contact
Hello,
I work for an Engineering firm in Portland, OR and am working on pipeline project in Oregon City, OR. We are sending out utility notification letters but I've been unable to get into direct contact with Comcast staff. Our survey subcontractor gave a contact named [Edited: "Personal Information"] as the field technician, but his contact information seems outdated because after calling it said his number has been disconnected. In addition the email address given also does not appear because I got a return email saying the following:
Your message to [Edited: "Personal Information"] couldn't be delivered. |
[Edited: "Personal Information"] wasn't found at comcast.com. |
The numbers given are also shown below:
[Edited: "Personal Information"] phone [Edited: "Personal Information"] cell |
(800)778-9140 (Marking Concerns) (800)934-6489 (Cust Service) (855)537-6296 (Repair) |
The other contact numbers given also go to the customer service 800 lines but I can't not reach anyone to explain what I'm trying to do because either the line goes to an automated voice message with each option asking for a customer ID that I do not have for this project, or goes to a separate agency separate from Comcast.
If I could be contacted so I can send our utility notification letter and supporting engineering drawings and documents that would be great. Please advise on how this could happen.
