Hello jsamue5 thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here on our Xfinity Forums! The XB10ER is currently reserved for customers who live in an area that is rated for our FDX(Formerly X-Class) speed tiers( symmetrical download/upload speeds at either 300, 500, 1GB or 2GB). While several areas do have download capability up to 2GB, if not in a FDX speed area the most advanced devices we are able to offer is the XB8.
