This article can provide a bit more information, but you can always swing by a local Xfinity Store to swap out the old remote for a new one, or you can use the Xfinity Assistant through the link to have one ordered and shipped to your home.
@XfinityThomasD Thank you, but going through the virtual assistant didn't allow me to choose the older model RX11. I found the newer XR15 hard to push the buttons and a recent replacement XR2 doesn’t have voice control.
Ahhh, gotcha. I can definitely understand what you mean. My mom had some trouble using the XR15 remote as well since the buttons feel more slick and don't protrude out as much as other models. My team may be able to try placing the order with our warehouse, though I am not 100% sure if we can specify the remote as well. It wouldn't hurt to check at least.
