Ordered xfinity internet, no confirmation email
Hi, I order xfinity internet yesterday but did not receive any confirmation email or info. The only email I got "Thanks for choosing xfinity, it all starts here, etc"
I chose the "pickup equipment at the nearest store" option during the checkout process but there is no mention of that in the above email. Instead on the bottom text of the email it says "Over the next few days, we'll send a message with tracking information as soon as your equipment is on its way along with tips to help you prepare for activation." So am a bit confused, pretty sure I chose the pickup equipment option in the beginning, so how do I know if im able to pickup equipment, or are they going to ship it to my house even if I didn't choose that option
