Ordered xFi Gateway online and got a confirmation number but no followup
Hello,
I've used my own modem/router combo for several years now but I'm looking for something with better Wi-Fi performance. As I stated in the title, I logged into my account a couple of days ago and placed an order to rent an xFi Gateway device. I submitted the order and got a long confirmation number, as well as a message stating the device would be delivered in 3-5 business days.
I might be being a little impatient and if so I really do apologize. I cannot find any mention of placing the order in my account and if I go back to the page with my current modem listed, I still have the option of ordering an xFi Gateway (again). I thought I should have gotten a confirmation email after the order or possibly a tracking number once it shipped. Is that the normal procedure when ordering online? Again, maybe I'm being impatient but I ordered a tv box in the past and it came really quickly along with email correspondence. Maybe it just hasn't shipped yet, which is fine, I just want to make sure the order did actually go through correctly. It kind of feels like it may not have, even though I did get a confirmation number. I sure wish I had printed that page.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
