Ordered phone online with trade in 8/18/25. No tracking updates on FedEx since 8/21/25
24 days and no tracking updates on FedEx. I have two tickets open for this, talked to 6 people on Xfinity chat today for 5 hours. I was hung up on three times by another agent and put on a callback loop. Why on earth would you send a $1000 phone in the mail without delivery confirmation? They left a blank door tag, rang get wrong doorbell and never came back again to attemp delivery. I put instructions on the FedEx app to ring the correct doorbell or to drop across street to FedEx. Neither of which happened. Now it’s 24 days later without a single update from Xfinity or FedEx. If it were available for pickup, wouldn’t I be told that? Where is my package? smells fraudulent to me. I have two open tickets on this and still nobody knows where this order ended up? That’s crazy
stop sending expensive items in the mail without a certified delivery confirmation. That’s insane to play with your customers money like this. I was told If I had ordered thru the agent, I could have changed the shipping preferences. Um WTF is that. Just make them available for online purchase too? Special shipping but only when asked is BS. After the fact is useless. Especially when I have reached out requesting updates every day for the last 24 days to FedEx.
here are the two tickets created for this issue. Every agent I got, I had to retell the entire story to. Exhausting. Nonsensical.. waste of time. I’ll be shopping around for a new provider soon because this is nuts.

i have no idea where to go from here. I’m not talking to agents on the phone because they like to hang up on me so they wont be subject to a review (As I was told by an agent in the online Xfinity chat today)which is crazy because that’s your own employees screwing you and me over.
