Ordered new TV box over a week ago
I ordered a wireless cable box over a week ago since they sent me the wrong box (I need wireless). It’s been over a week since I ordered and it still hasn’t shipped. Every time I call customer service they just say it’s coming and they can’t talk to anyone in that department to see why it’s taking so long. Any suggestions? Please!!
