Ordered internet but haven’t received equipment

Hello, I signed up for internet service/streaming box last week on 2/16/26 and selected that the equipment be sent out today 2/22/26 but I haven’t received any email or text that it’s being shipped out yet. I logged in my account online and all it says is “We're getting your order ready — simple and seamless WiFi is coming soon”. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
