Ordered Exterior Box Cover
Back in March or April of 2026, I ordered from Xfinity to install an exterior box cover to cover my cable wires on the exterior siding of my house.
An Xfinity technician came over in van and he looked at it and then told me he has to order the box because he does not have the box available to fit my wires.
I asked him if I need to reschedule and he said no, when they get the box they will install it.
Well now it is June 16, 2026 and there's no box installed and I cannot find any record of this service or any status about it.
I tried to contact support and there's no option to find the status of this.
How can I get this issue to be looked into?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
