Ordered equipment more than 2 weeks ago, but it hasn't shipped yet
I ordered equipment on 9/1 and received an order confirmation, but I never received an email stating it shipped. The Xfinity Assistant is of no help. When can I expect my equipment to ship? Is this delay common?
