Ordered an i15 apple phone. Was supposed to cost $5.40 month and being charged $35 month
I was supposed to get a $700 credit for mailing in my i phone 11. 51/2 months later and I’m still getting no answers. I have a second ticket which I received 1/6/24

but no answers. I’ve made about 50 calls to customer service and been to the Xfinity store 5-6 times but no answer. Every month I’m being overcharged $30.
