Ordered a phone but the money was refunded?
[Edited: "Personal Information"] this is my order number, I ordered it on April 12th an 132$ came out of my bank account but the money came back in an I've received no emails with tracking information? Please help asap. Thank you!!

Good Morning, @user_7ip4y5! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! That is certainly strange regarding the order completing and processing the refund back at a later date. Did you order a phone that may have been out of stock or back ordered? I know there can be emails sent to check your identity, and if you do not complete that, it can cancel your order. Have you confirmed no email came in possibly through spam/junk folders? Please let us know.
