Ordered a new modem, but no email confirmation?

During the summer, power outages are a common thing. I tried to order the modem that had a battery back-up so I don't lose anything (last one I had to re-enter passwords in all devices). I have an order number, but never received a confirmation email. Supposedly standard shipping, 3-5 business days. Thus far I have not received anything.

 Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityBillie​ I ended up reaching an Xfinity employee on Reddit. Turns out I'd have to upgrade my service to qualify. Current service is already expensive and I'm not looking to pay more for something I don't use all that often.
