Ordered 1gig plan with mirrored speeds because of Xfinity's recent 5-year price guarantee Promo. Upload speed capped at 100mbps

Hello,

I ordered the 1gig/1gig plan as part of Xfinity's new promo tiers. My upload is capped at 100mbps. My old plan gave me 150mbps.  I am wondering if the person that placed my order made an error.

Modem is an Xfinity Gateway.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
