Order will be ready in one hour it’s been 4
I ordered xfinity internet for my new apartment and had it set for pickup, but have received no information. Everytime I check it says it will be ready in an hour. Can you help me with this?

To send a "Peer to peer" message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
