Order Tracking

Hello,

How do I track an order placed via the xfinity assistant. It only provided an order number. I was never emailed any tracking information and I don't see it in the billing section of my account. It was ordered 3 days ago.

- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
