I placed an oder for an upgraded modem/router about 6 days ago and have had no follow up.  How can I check the status of this order?

Hello! Thanks for posting on our community forums, @user_lphd4p. Typically, we would send an email communication with the tracking number. Have you checked your preferred email address for it? I would also check the spam folder.
