@user_xkio90 did you receive an order confirmation via email? This should have all the information needed to track your order status, as well if equipment is being shipped. Here is a great article that goes over what you can do with your Xfinity ID before the activation of service: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pre-activation-benefits

I got a confirmation email on an order but no confirmation followup on shipping. Its been two weeks, I have an order number but there does not seem to be any place to check the status of the order.
