Good morning user_skzvrt! Thanks so much for reaching out to us on our Xfinity forums for help with your Xfinity mobile order! Is this your first time having our Xfinity mobile services? If so, Welcome to the awesome mobile side of Xfinity! I've had the service a few years now, it's been great for my entire family. We even managed to add 2 lines from our previous provider and still saved $40.00 a month! 

You can track your order on the Billing tab. This will let you know when the order was placed, when the order will be shipped along with estimated delivery time. There will also be a link to the shipping carrier's website for additional tracking details. 

Do you see your order details in the billing tab?
