Order Status

Hello, I have an order number for a new modem. However, I haven't received any updates or confirmation. I can't find out where to check the order status on MyXfinity.

Thanks for letting us know about your order! We're happy to help you check on the tracking information. Would you be willing to send us a private message with your full name and address?

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it
