Order status and shipment update
Hello, I placed an order for Xfinity new WiFi equipment to get started on Xfinity on 01/19/24. I got the order confirmation but there’s been no update about shipping or delivery. Please when can I expect to receive the WiFi equipment?

We can certainly look into this and see what's going on. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
