Order showing incorrect address

I had an xfinity agent help place an order for a phone online because "that was the only way to fix my shipping address" well on the order receipt it still shows the wrong address so I called and they requested a reroute to my current address. However it still is showing the shipping address is incorrect. Am I going to get my z flip6? It wasn't available in 3 stores so I couldn't buy it physically.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
