order modem

I need a new modem because of problems with my prior one, i am signed up with 300 xfinity which says it includes equipment and I recall ordering and paying for a getting started kit, but never recieved a confirmation or tracking message- I also dont know what xfinitys charge looks like on my CC so cant search if I was charged. I need help because I am without wifi for the last 2 weeks.
