user_wgtfdv Thank you so much for your patience. I know that we were able to close out the account previously, however there was a pending special request. I was finally able to have that removed from the system as well so everything have been completely taken care of, and you will no longer receive any communications regarding the work needed. I am terribly sorry that we weren't able to help and keep you with Xfinity, but I'm happy that we were able to make sure everything was cancelled correctly.
