order confirmation screen doesnt show my apt number

I am in the process of ordering internet service for my condo. I've entered my service address in the process of signing up, and included apartment number when doing so. Throughout other screens of the process, my address shows the apartment number, but on the final "Review My Order" screen, the service address doesn't have the apartment number with it. I am concerned to go forward if the confirmation screen isn't showing my entire correct address. Can a customer service representative either give me the peace of mind that this screen doesn't need to show the apartment number, or help me determine how to change what I have entered so that this screne does show it.

@be2124 Thank you so much for your post and your help with your address and your confirmation. Your service confirmation should show your full service address including any apartment or unit numbers. No problem at all if you do complete the order you will receive a confirmation email shortly after the order is placed as well. If the apartment or unit number is not successfully included then the account setup may fail and cancel out your order in 24 hours if not successful. That would return any funds taken automatically, and you can retry your order. I recommend closing all other widows you may already open and starting from scratch. Xfinity.com enter your address including the unit or apartment number make sure if the address auto-populates you select your address from the populate options. There is no need to log in since you do not have an active account yet.

I've closed all of my tabs and started from scratch, reentering my address and was able to select my address WITH apartment number from a drop down list that populated. This address was correctly displayed WITH apartment number again when I was asked to select what level of shipping I wanted. Again, when I reached the Review My Order screen, the apartment number was not shown in the Service Address field.

Should I just assume that the system has my apartment number since it has shown up in previous forms, even though it doesn't show up on this review screen? I suppose I can just confirm the order and see if the confirmation email shows the apartment number. Is this what you recommend?

@be2124 Great question. If you are not logged in and have confirmed the correct address using the drop-down box in all the previous steps I would proceed with the order. Now when you receive the order confirmation information that should also show your location details as well if the confirmation email does not show the full address we can check for you on our end to ensure the account was set up correctly.
