Order confirmation never received

I placed an order a few days ago and never received a order confirmation email and every time I log into my account it just says “thank you for your purchase, we’re getting your Account set up! Check back soon to track and activate your services” I just want to make sure my order went through and when it will be delivered

I can understand why you'd want to confirm whether the order went through. If you haven't received an update yet, I'd be happy to review your new account and confirm whether your order will be shipped.
