Order confirmation for something I didn't order
I received an email from Xfinity Mobile about a free Pixel 8a that was apparently ordered. I did not order this phone and I don't use Xfinity mobile. Your AI chat is awful and won't get me in touch with a human being. Please respond ASAP! I have no idea why I would've received this "order confirmation" email for something called "FREE's phone." At the very least let me know how to get in touch with a human agent.
