Order Confirmation Email
Hi,
Over the weekend I placed an order to upgrade my Internet connection to Gigabit x2. Everything seemed to work out well but I never received an email confirmation. I did go in and check my account today and it does state that I am now on Gigabit x2 but the Internet speeds does not reflect that. Any chance someone can take a look? Thanks!
