Order confirmation email

Hey folks, I placed an order last night for an internet install for today (install between 1-3 I think). I didn't get a confirmation email and when I logged into my xfinityid it would just log me out. I thought I would get the confirmation this morning but received nothing. I don't believe the tech will make it since I didn't get the confirm. I went ahead and created another order for tomorrow, but still no confirmation email. Am I missing a step?

When messaging ‘appt’ to 266278, do you see an option to confirm the appointment’s date and arrival window?

Thanks for the article. After messaging 'appt' to 266278 I get this response

"We're sorry, we are unable to accommodate your request. Please visit xfinity.com"

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
