Orange Temporary Cable Damaged
I live at [Edited: Personal Information]. A recent landscape project revealed an orange coaxial cable that was damaged in the project. Not cut, but damaged. It was only 1 inch below the ground surface. I would like it repaired and, ultimately, a permanent black cable installed.

Have you tried contacting the landscapers and giving them a repair bill for their negligence
