Orange Temp Line Burial pending since 4/28
I had my Comcast services activated on 4/28, with the technician telling me that someone would need to come out and perform a line burial. After going back and forth with Comcast multiple times and seeing my tickets apparently going nowhere, I was given the contact info for the contractor company that performs the line burials on behalf of Comcast in my area (Winchester, VA). After speaking with the company rep multiple times, they finally stated that Comcast themselves needed to run the drop from the service pole in my yard and not through the yard itself (where the line was originally dug I guess?). I'm at my wit's end trying to get this silly line buried, can someone please assist?
