Orange Line Placed Across My Property/Not in Easement

My issue as described in the Subject appears to be a common problem with Xfinity. About three weeks ago, an Xfinity technician was in my neighborhood completing "emergency repair work" per a text I received from Xfinity. When I left my residence later in the day, I noticed an orange line placed across my property without the technician checking with me first for permission and, at that time, he/she already left the neighborhood or I would've had a conversation with them. It appears that this line is to connect from a box at the street to a box located between two neighbors to the north of my property. The orange line creates an obstacle and tripping hazard when maintaining my lawn. This line on my property is not in an easement. For Xfinity to properly and legally access the box located between my neighbors to the north, the easement exists along the street to a 7.5 ft easement running west between the aforementioned neighbors' houses. I contacted Xfinity on Fri, 05/22/2026, confirming a technician appointment for the next day - no call/no show on behalf of any technician. I contacted Xfinity again on Fri, 06/05/2026 (Edited: Personal Identifying Information) and assured a call from a technician the next day - no call. I want this line removed - not buried - from my property posthaste and accessed properly/legally as previously described.
