Orange Cable

Xfinity installed a "temporary" orange cable that runs across my yard approximately 2 months ago without my permission.  How do I get it removed (or should I simply disconnect it myself)?

Hey, @user_7rp0cm! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that we have not come back out to make sure the line was buried. We can certainly have a look into this and make sure the line is getting taken care of! I know how frustrating it can be to have the orange cable just sitting in the yard and needing to work around it. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

Although I have reached out to my local Xfinity office, I have had no information or progress report on my situation. The job ticket remains open and no one has been able to tell me when this temporary line will be removed from running across my yard to my neighbor’s yard. Frustrating.
