Orange Cable Line Destroyed - Need it Replaced Urgently

The orange line that runs from the street to my house is physically broken (@oranglecable)

 

My utilities are already marked via the digsafe request

 

Can I please get someone to run a new line from the street to my house? This is really urgent as it effects my ability to work 

 

After chatting with support, I am not really sure they have scheduled the drop...
