Orange Cable in Yard
Hello fellow Xfinity users,
We moved into our new home in July. While we were moving in, we had our Xfinity internet installed and activated. An orange cable was laid in the yard, and we were told a technician would be out in 4-6 weeks to bury it. Well, fast forward almost eight months later, and we still have an orange cable running through our yard. Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this issue? I'd really like to get it buried before we have to start cutting our grass again.
I reached out to Xfinity last week and received a follow-up voicemail stating that a technician would resolve the issue yesterday, but no one ever showed up.
Suggestions?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Been trying to get this resolved with customer service since March and had absolutely zero luck. Finally gave up and resubmitted my request today, hoping for better luck this time around.
