Options for local or network stations on NOW TV

I asked specifically if I would have access to local stations on NOW TV and was told by 2 representatives that I would. I understand that’s not true from what I’ve read. Can anyone recommend options for accessing network and local stations?

Hello @user_7vybgt! Thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum! Based on the information available in our support resources, NOW TV does include local channels as part of the service, along with more than 270 live channels and on-demand content.

You can review the channel lineup and additional details in our support article here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-tv-overview.

Please note that support for NOW products is not provided through Forums or by phone. If you have questions about a specific channel or need assistance with your NOW TV service, you can access NOW Support through the AI chat available at NOW Support.

We hope this information helps!

Our local stations are broadcast through network affiliates, like the majority of cities. I’m looking for options to access all the networks. I appreciate any suggestions.

NOW TV service offers more than 270 live channels, which encompass major national and local networks such as ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and PBS. This link https://www.xfinity.com/nowtv shows all the channels included with the NOWTV

I'll be happy to take a deeper look at your account to make sure your Now TV service is set up correctly, as you should be getting your local channels

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
