options for home wifi at parents house

hi, i wanted to check with xfinity if it is possible to set up gigabit internet at my parent's house. when i went to check what was available there, i noticed that there's no slot for an coaxial cable there. please let me know what are the options i have for getting half decent wifi there. i'm posting this question here because i am genuinely baffled that i can't find a customer service email. if there is a rep available, please direct message or email me. thanks in advance for the help.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
