Options for contract renewal, for internet + TV? Must keep my Cablecard option active.
Hello, I'd like to talk about renewal options for my internet+TV plan. I'm almost up with my yearly contract, and I'm looking for deals to keep my costs low.
VERY IMPORTANT: I must keep my existing Cablecard option active.
I'll also want to change my TV channel plan to "Sports & News TV". Can someone assist me?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
