Open up new email account with xfinity since my old account is inactive

user_quetemail, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I'm sure this has been frustrating for you. Last year, we started fazing out the Comcast email and no longer issue new Comcast email addresses. If your account had been closed, you would have had to maintain your email by using it at least once within 90 days before disconnecting service. We suggest using other 3rd party avenues for email.
